Rude on the phone. Arrived 15 minutes late. Increased quote by 25%. Patronizing & arrogant attitude. Rush through the repair. Technical knowledge fine. Ask customer for lubricant. Did not lubricate the garage door. Instructed customer to adjust force by himself. Attached business label of wall without customer permission. Did not provide invoice (receipt) for work done. Needless to say that it is unknown whether he is fully insured and or licensed. No recommended at all.
