Toxic place to work. Bullying and harassment and lack of respect from existing supervisors. Terminal manager and HR does nothing about it. Harassment policies for CN/Autoport not worth the price of paper they are written on. No team environment between supervisors and TM appreciates supervisors who berate and verbally put down and talk negatively amongst management about their direct reports. I like a team environment and not interested in working at a toxic place like that.
