Very Rude and Ignorant. I went in to sell a couple of 14Kt gold rings. He immediately takes them in the back and starts with a lowball price like $70 for both. I explained that gold is $1665 a troy ounce (31 grams) and 14kt is about 60% gold. I had to ask for my rings back at least three times. He got nasty at this point and I began to wonder if he had some mental issues. He then started yelling insults at me as I walked out. People just don't behave that way in this day and age. It's bad business and word gets around. If you go in there beware of lowball offers & rudeness.
